Refund policy
Returns:
This Refund Policy is operated by Alvimma. We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include the tags, receipt, and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@alvimma.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that products cannot be returned without prior approval.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have first. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the tags, receipt, and proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@alvimma.com.
